Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your order, we will make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@kovely.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We reply within 1 working day with simple instructions.
3. Once confirmed, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or full refund, including postage. Usually no need to post anything back.

Your legal rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
