Where's my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships (within 3 business days of ordering). UK delivery typically takes 6–12 business days. Not arrived in 20 business days? We'll reship free or refund you in full — your choice.

How much is shipping?

Free. Every UK order ships free, tracked, no minimum spend.

Can I return something?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery, no awkward questions. Email us with your order number and we'll sort it. Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo and we'll replace or refund including postage.

Why do deliveries take 6–12 days?

We ship many products direct from our fulfilment partners' warehouses rather than holding expensive UK stock — it's how we keep prices low and shipping free. Every parcel is tracked the whole way.

Is checkout secure?

Completely. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (the same system used by millions of stores). We never see or store your card details.
