Free tracked shipping on every UK order. No minimum spend, no hidden costs at checkout.

Delivery times

Order processing: 1–3 business days
UK delivery: 6–12 business days

We're upfront with you: because we ship many items directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, delivery takes a little longer than next-day retailers — that's also how we keep prices low. Every order includes full tracking.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. No tracking after 4 business days? Check spam, then email r.j121@icloud.com.

If your order is late

Not arrived within 20 business days? We'll reship free of charge or refund you in full — your choice.

Address changes

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update the address before dispatch.
