30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return — no awkward questions. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible.
How to return
- Email r.j121@icloud.com with your order number.
- We reply within 1 business day with instructions.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll send a free replacement or full refund including postage. Usually no need to post anything back.
Your legal rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
